Get your day off to a great start with this healthy smoothie.  To boost the protein content add a tablespoon of flaxseeds and/or pumpkin seeds and for a dairy free option substitute the yogurt and milk with a nut milk, I love almond milk.

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Peel the banana and roughly chop.
  2. Blitz the strawberries, banana and yogurt to a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the walnuts and the milk and blitz again.
