Super-simple super-fast super smoothie brimming with antioxidants and vitamins.  A healthy start to your day!

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Roughly chop the banana.
  2. Rinse the berries
  3. Blitz the fruit with the yogurt. Add the milk and spinach leaves and blitz again.
