Just 15 minutes to whip up then leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours...a moreish dessert guaranteed to impress!
Make sure you use the best quality dark chocolate to benefit from the fabulous health benefits of cocoa.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and put into a heatproof bowl with the butter.
  2. Bring a small pan of water to the boil and set the bowl of chocolate over it, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. When the chocolate has melted, leave it to cool.
  3. Separate the eggs into two bowls. Wisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
  4. Add the sugar and whisk until the mixture is shiny and stiff.
  5. Mix the melted chocolate into the egg yolks.
  6. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Divide into individual glasses and decorate with chopped nuts. Chill for 2 hours.
